- STRUCTURE: RCC framed structure, plastered in cement mortar and cement painted.
- DOORS: American moulded door for main rood and water proof flush doors for beedrooms.
- WINDOWS: Padak wood frame with glazed shutters and mild steel grills.
- FLOORING: Joint free vitrified tiles size : 24" x 24" or any other equivalent tile.
